On February 18, 2022, the body of Patrick James Reynolds, an unclaimed male, was discovered in San Bernardino, California. Reynolds had died while receiving treatment as an inpatient at a hospital in the area. Despite efforts to locate his next of kin or any family members, no one has come forward to claim his body or make arrangements for his remains.
