On September 3, 2022, a tragic discovery was made in La Mesa, California, when a passerby brought the attention of a La Mesa Police Officer to Chandra Lee Perry, a 63-year-old Caucasian female. The officer, initially responding to an unrelated incident, found Perry unresponsive in the driveway of a city parking lot.
