On October 19, 2022, the body of 35-year-old Sean Michael Mulcahy was discovered near the S 72nd St overpass over I-5 in Tacoma, Washington. Unresponsive at the scene, Mulcahy was transported to Tacoma General Hospital, where he subsequently passed away. The Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office, responsible for handling the case, has been unable to locate any family or friends to claim his remains. His Namus ID is UCP98921, and his case is filed under the agency case number 222785.
