Maria Cividanes-Duran, a 73-year-old Hispanic woman, was last known to be alive on January 4, 2023. Just a few days later, on January 7, her lifeless body was discovered in her room at a Quality Inn in Suwanee, Georgia. The staff at the hotel reportedly had not seen her for several days, prompting management to initiate a welfare check. Upon entering her room, they tragically found her unresponsive.
