In March 2023, a 76-year-old woman named Barbara Ann Brown passed away at Saint Joseph Medical Center. Her body was subsequently transferred to the jurisdiction of the Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office in Tacoma, Washington. Despite their efforts, the medical examiner has been unable to locate any family members or friends to claim her remains, which remain unclaimed to this day.
