On March 31, 2023, the body of Dennis Garcia was discovered in a vacant apartment in Houston, Texas. Mr. Garcia, who was experiencing homelessness at the time, had no identification or personal belongings that could help in tracing his family or next of kin. His passing was reported to the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences, who are diligently working to gather information and any possible leads to notify his relatives.
