On April 4, 2023, a male body was discovered on the streets of Gardena, California, and was subsequently pronounced dead at a local hospital. The decedent was later identified as Cheche Rodrequis through fingerprint analysis conducted by the Los Angeles County Coroner/Medical Examiner's Office. Despite the efforts made to trace his relatives, no next of kin has been located thus far, leaving Cheche Rodrequis as an unclaimed person.
