On April 25, 2023, an unclaimed individual named Dean Charles Thomas was discovered deceased in Panorama City, California. Despite efforts from various agencies, his family has not been identified or notified, leaving this case unresolved. The body of Mr. Thomas was initially found at Kaiser Permanente in Panorama City, where he passed away on the same day. Following his death, his remains were transferred to the Los Angeles County Morgue for further handling.
