Vitalio Diaz was discovered deceased on May 20, 2023, at a home hospice facility in Tampa, Florida. Despite the efforts of the Hillsborough Medical Examiner's Office to identify and locate any next-of-kin, no relatives or associates have been found to claim his body. He was a resident of the hospice facility where his health had been deteriorating over a period of time.
