On July 17, 2023, an elderly female identified as Juana Albelo-Parra was pronounced deceased at the Melech Hospice House in Temple Terrace, Florida. Her journey to this point began on June 24, 2023, when she sustained a ground-level fall at Bristol Health and Rehab.
