In the summer of 2023, a poignant case arose from Tulsa, Oklahoma, concerning an unclaimed individual identified as Phillip Dean Fryhover. On the 19th of July, a male body, later identified as Fryhover, was discovered in the area and subsequently pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
