On November 10, 2023, the Tampa Police Department responded to a welfare check at a residence in Tampa, Florida. Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of Robert O'Connor, a male resident, at his home. Unfortunately, Mr. O'Connor was found deceased, bringing about questions surrounding his final days and the reasons behind the lack of communication that led to the welfare check.
