On November 18, 2023, the body of James Moir, an unclaimed person, was discovered in East Hartford, Connecticut. Found unresponsive in his residence, authorities were alerted to the scene, but unfortunately, he was pronounced deceased upon arrival. The circumstances surrounding his death remain unclear, as does the existence of any immediate family or next of kin.
