On November 28, 2023, the body of Jimmie Elgen Warner was discovered near the Platte River in Denver, Colorado. His unresponsive state led authorities to conclude that he had passed away prior to being found. The circumstances surrounding Mr. Warner's lifestyle, including the area he was found in, suggest that he may have been experiencing homelessness at the time of his death.
