On July 20, 2013, the body of an unclaimed person, later identified as Charles Morreale, was discovered in Houston, Texas. The male body was found lying on a sidewalk beneath a freeway overpass, a location that suggested the possibility of someone overlooked by society or transient in nature. Despite the initial shock of the discovery, the scene provided few immediate clues to unravel the story of how Charles Morreale came to rest beneath the busy overpass.
