In a somber discovery on April 26, 2019, the body of an unidentified male was found in a parking lot in Houston, Texas. The individual, later identified as Jobie James Rogers, remains an unclaimed person to this day. This case, cataloged under the Namus ID UCP92983, has since been under the jurisdiction of the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
