On December 2, 2019, a tragic discovery was made in Spokane, Washington. The body of an unidentified male, later identified as James G. Kelty, was found. Despite efforts to locate his family or next of kin, as of now, he remains unclaimed. This has resulted in a case that continues to perplex local authorities and poses significant challenges in terms of closure and the respectful handling of Mr. Kelty's remains.
