Chester Alexander Tschappat, a 58-year-old man from Schuylkill-Haven, Pennsylvania, was discovered deceased on December 9, 2020. Chester lived alone and had not been seen by neighbors for several days, prompting concerns about his well-being. As a result, local police were contacted, and a welfare check was conducted, during which Chester's remains were found. Despite efforts to reach potential family members or close acquaintances who might claim his remains, no next of kin has come forward.
