On April 2, 2021, the body of a female, identified as Tanya Vrtacek, was discovered and subsequently transported from her home to a hospital in New Haven, Connecticut. Unfortunately, she became unresponsive upon her arrival at the medical facility. Despite the efforts of emergency responders and medical personnel, Tanya was pronounced dead, prompting an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding her untimely death.
