On June 10, 2021, the body of Victor Lopez Del-Toro, a 65-year-old male, was discovered in a boarding house where he served as the caretaker in Chino, California. There were no visible injuries on his body, and the authorities did not observe any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. Despite these findings, his death led to the opening of an unclaimed person case, as no next of kin or family members came forward to take responsibility for his affairs.
