On April 7, 2022, in Waterbury, Connecticut, a man by the name of William Lopez was discovered unresponsive at a local bus stop. A concerned bystander noticed his condition and promptly called 911, ensuring that Lopez was quickly transported to the nearest hospital. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, William Lopez was pronounced at the hospital.
