On July 1, 2022, the body of Steven Glen Schmeiser was discovered at his residence in Buckley, Washington. Following an investigation by the Pierce County Medical Examiner's Office, it was determined that Schmeiser passed away due to natural causes. Despite the efforts to identify and contact any next of kin, Schmeiser's case remains unclaimed.
