On October 23, 2022, the lifeless body of Penelope MacDonald, identified as a female, was discovered in Reno, Nevada. Her passing occurred at the Renown Regional Medical Center, but little else is known about her circumstances leading up to that point. The Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner's Office is actively searching for her next of kin to provide closure to this unclaimed person case.
