On October 19, 2015, the remains of Robert Frederick Schorer were found in Joshua Tree, California, leading to the opening of an unclaimed person case. Schorer, a resident of Yucca Valley, California, was discovered and subsequently transported to the Hi Desert Medical Center. Tragically, he passed away in the emergency room shortly thereafter.
