Carl Lee Holman, a 43-year-old resident of San Francisco, was fatally shot on June 23, 2017, in the city's Tenderloin District. The shooting occurred in the early hours of the morning on the unit block of Turk Street. San Francisco paramedics arrived at the scene around 5:05 a.m., finding Holman lying on the ground with a gunshot wound.
