In the winter of 2014, a night in Indianapolis was tragically disrupted by gunfire that claimed the life of 38-year-old Troy Grayson. On the evening of January 27th, Grayson was inside a car at the intersection of East 38th Street and Keystone Avenue when the shooting occurred. Law enforcement officers responded to a call around 9:30 p.m. and discovered the vehicle parked in the lot of a fast-food restaurant.
