In the winter of 2014, a night in Indianapolis was tragically disrupted by gunfire that claimed the life of 38-year-old Troy Grayson. On the evening of January 27th, Grayson was inside a car at the intersection of East 38th Street and Keystone Avenue when the shooting occurred.
