On December 4, 2022, 48-year-old white female Wendy L. Rhodes of Qulin, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed inside a residence on New Hampshire Street in Qulin. Another victim, 36-year-old white female Margaret E. Delcour of Broseley, Missouri, was also fatally shot during the same incident. Both women were found deceased from gunshot wounds to the head when Butler County deputies responded to the scene around 1 a.m.
