Jonie Snider, aged 37, was found dead on August 13, 2016, in Franklin, Indiana. The Johnson County Sheriff's Department identified her and 49-year-old Gregory McCray as the two individuals found deceased in the bed of a pickup truck near Camp Atterbury. Evidence at the scene suggested that McCray shot Snider before turning the gun on himself, indicating a murder-suicide.
