In the summer of 2019, a tragedy unfolded in the small town of Paoli, Indiana, ending the life of 28-year-old Amber Rose Hudson Tracy. A White/Caucasian female, Amber was born on April 15, 1991, in the nearby city of Bedford, Indiana. She had built a life in Paoli, having married William Tracy on Valentine's Day in 2009.
