Christopher Leo Rucker, a 27-year-old resident of Marion, Indiana, was tragically found dead on November 23, 2020, near a roadway in Howard County, Indiana. The Howard County Sheriff's Office received a report around noon that day about an unconscious and unresponsive person in the area of 500 East and 100 North, east of Kokomo. Upon arrival, deputies and paramedics discovered Rucker's body near the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics.
