Jeremi Jones, a 39-year-old resident of Shoals, Indiana, tragically lost his life on August 23, 2021. The incident occurred around 2:20 PM at a home located in the 800 block of Main Street in Shoals. According to reports, a confrontation at the residence escalated, resulting in shots being fired. When officers from the Martin County Sheriff's Office arrived at the scene, they found Jeremi Jones with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
