On December 17, 2022, Bryar Laws, a 21-year-old resident of Greene County, Indiana, tragically lost his life due to an unintentional shooting. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on Strausser Road. According to reports, a 16-year-old was in the process of unloading a semi-automatic handgun for cleaning when the firearm accidentally discharged.
