Philip Michael Pennington, a 35-year-old police officer with the Prince William County Police Department, tragically lost his life on November 22, 1990, in Dale City, Virginia. On Thanksgiving Day, Officer Pennington and his fellow SWAT officers were called to a residence on Dodson Drive.
