Francisco Ramirez, age 25, was killed on October 9, 2017, in San Bernardino, California. Ramirez was found with gunshot wounds in the vicinity of an apartment complex in San Bernardino. Responding officers discovered his body after receiving reports of a shooting in the area. Despite attempts to provide emergency medical assistance, Ramirez was pronounced dead at the scene.
