Vincent Gandara, aged 29, was killed in a car-to-car shooting on April 28, 2016, in San Bernardino, California. The shooting took place near the intersection of W. 10th and N. F Streets, where Gandara was fatally wounded while driving. His vehicle subsequently crashed after the shooting. Authorities responded to the scene, but despite their efforts, Gandara was declared dead shortly afterward.
The case was part of a violent period for San Bernardino, which was experiencing an increase in homicides during 2016. As of now, no suspects have been identified.
