Vincent Gandara, aged 29, was killed in a car-to-car shooting on April 28, 2016, in San Bernardino, California. The shooting took place near the intersection of W. 10th and N. F Streets, where Gandara was fatally wounded while driving. His vehicle subsequently crashed after the shooting. Authorities responded to the scene, but despite their efforts, Gandara was declared dead shortly afterward.
