In the quiet, early morning hours of June 25, 2017, a domestic dispute in a Barboursville, Virginia home escalated into a tragedy that would claim the lives of two brothers. Jordan Cavanaugh-Jackson, a 26-year-old Black / African American male, was shot and killed during an altercation with his younger brother, Christian Cavanaugh.
