Bao Hung Van, a 21-year-old male, was fatally shot in what police described as a dispute with an acquaintance on the evening of March 15, 2018. The incident occurred inside Vapology101, a vape shop located in the 10100 block of Colvin Run Road in Great Falls, Virginia. Officers from the Fairfax County Police Department responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 7:40 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Bao Hung Van of Herndon, who had been shot and was pronounced dead at the scene.
