Cullen Micah Bivens, a 14-month-old child, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2019, in Keeling, Virginia. This heartbreaking incident was part of a triple homicide that also claimed the lives of his mother, Emily Bivens, and his grandmother, Joan Bernard. The suspect in this case was identified as Matthew Thomas Bernard, Cullen's 18-year-old uncle. According to reports, Matthew Bernard was charged with three counts of first-degree murder and the use of a firearm in committing a felony.
