On July 21, 2022, the body of 20-year-old Raquiah Paulette King, a female from Hampton, Virginia, was discovered in a ditch on the side of a road in Glen Allen, Hanover County. The medical examiner later ruled her death a homicide, determining she had been fatally shot. At the time of her death, King was three months pregnant.
