In a quiet Hasbrouck Heights neighborhood, a shocking act of violence shattered the morning calm on September 3, 2014, leaving three elderly family members dead in a tragic murder-suicide. The victim was identified as Anthony Gentile Sr., a male in his 80s who lived on Burr Place. His life was cut short by his brother-in-law, Angelo Talignani, who also resided on the same street just a few houses away.
