In the fall of 2014, a heartbreaking tragedy struck a family who had just moved to Irvington, New Jersey. Fifteen-month-old Sania Cunningham, a young female, was innocently bouncing on a bed in her family's new second-floor apartment on Ellis Avenue when her life was cut short. It was a Saturday afternoon when a sequence of events unfolding outside her window would irrevocably change her family's life.
