Jamila Monet Vigier-Cage, a 21-year-old woman from Auburn Hills, Michigan, tragically lost her life on March 7, 2015. Her body was discovered slumped in the driver's seat of her car, which was parked outside her workplace in Troy, Michigan. She had been shot twice, once in the head and once in the chest. Vigier-Cage was a dedicated young woman who worked full-time and was taking classes at Oakland Community College, aspiring to become a nurse.
