In a tragic turn of events on March 10, 2015, 12-year-old Emma R. McComber of Dorr Township, Michigan, was found deceased in her home. Born on August 23, 2002, in Grand Rapids, Emma was discovered alongside her mother, 33-year-old Debra Sheppard, and her 10-year-old half-brother, Corey LaValley Jr. The three victims were found in their mobile home after a fire had been reported.
