Sean Michael Pelletier, a 37-year-old resident of Portage, MI, died on May 14, 2015, following a high-speed police chase that ended in a fatal officer-involved shooting. The incident began when police attempted to stop a vehicle in which Sean was a passenger. The driver, identified as Sean's brother, Aaron Joseph Pelletier, tried to evade the police, leading to a chase through Kalamazoo County.
