Erica McFadden, a 34-year-old resident of Waterford, MI, tragically lost her life on April 22, 2016. The circumstances surrounding her death were both shocking and heartbreaking. On that fateful day, Waterford police responded to a welfare check requested by a relative. Upon arrival at McFadden's home on the 200 block of Tilmor, they discovered her lifeless body. The investigation quickly revealed that she had been shot multiple times by her boyfriend, Joseph John Lesneskie.
