Matthew Ryan Smoke, a 27-year-old male, was fatally shot on November 21, 2016, in Lansing, Michigan. The incident occurred in a vehicle parked outside a business in the 3000 block of South Washington Avenue. The shooting followed an altercation that began at The Green Room, a local marijuana dispensary.
