On a summer evening in Dowagiac, Michigan, the life of 49-year-old Tonia L. Clark was tragically cut short. On Saturday, August 3, 2019, police were dispatched to a residence in the 300 block of Mcomber Street around 8:45 p.m. following a 9-1-1 call. Upon arrival, officers discovered a harrowing scene.
