Death by Force

Gamaliel Toscano, a 17-year-old student at Tilden High School in Chicago, was fatally shot on October 22, 2009. The shooting occurred in the afternoon, around 2:45 p.m., in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, specifically in the 1100 block of West 47th Street, while Toscano was on his way home from school.
