Norman Charles Ladner, a 17-year-old from Pearl River County, Mississippi, died on August 21, 1989, under mysterious circumstances. On that day, Norman left his family's country store to go hunting on their 122-acre property. When he did not return by his usual time of 7:00 PM, his father, Norman Ladner Sr., became worried and went searching for him. Tragically, he found Norman's body lying in the woods, cold and lifeless.
