In the summer of 2018, the quiet community of Flora, Mississippi, was disturbed by a fatal shooting that ended the life of 26-year-old Joe Rayner. On the evening of July 24th, authorities received a call about a deceased person on Rabbit Run Lane in Madison County. Upon arrival, they discovered Rayner, who had sustained a single gunshot wound.
